Center Parc Credit Union
A division of Atlanta Postal Credit Union – APCU

GROWTH OBJECTIVE: Center Parc is a division of APCU, the oldest credit union in the State of Georgia. The credit union sought market opportunities in the Savannah market to reach younger members, provide more convenience and expanded hours/service. The layout includes teller-assisted pods that would accommodate the amount of traffic within the location and also increase efficiency, allowing staff to focus more on service and sales experience for members.

FSI SOLUTION: Because of the long term relationship with a global retailer, FSI was able to offer two locations for the credit union's expansion. The in-store branch collaboration with this supermarket leader enables the credit union to strategically serve members who live and work in this new market. Management was motivated to be in an environment that will enable their team to engage people, start conversations, and interact with folks as they come in to shop. The credit union's new 428-square-foot branch features both in-person account opening and servicing connected to personal tellers. Center Parc Credit Union held ribbon-cutting ceremonies for its first two Savannah area branches in October 2020.
