New in 2024, FSI’s Client Support and Training team has created a Quarterly Branch Insight Series (QBI), 30-minute Zoom sessions tailored for those actively involved in the in-store branches. This series aims to provide comprehensive understanding and equip team members with valuable insights to enhance their skills and contribute to overall branch success. This is an FSI Member* benefit.

The first session, “Branch Blueprint for Success,” on March 20, 2024, will focus on creating a strong foundation for in-store success. While tailored for in-store clients, future sessions are inclusive of all retail branches, with varied formats including guest speakers and best practices sharing. - June 26, 2024: QBI Session 2: “Building on Success: In-Store Best Practices Unveiled”
- September 25, 2024: QBI Session 3: “Building Strong Connections: The Art of Sales Conversations”
- December 4, 2024: QBI Session 4: “VISION 2025: Unleash Your Potential and Shape the Future”
