THE OPPORTUNITY

As FourLeaf Federal Credit Union continued expanding its presence throughout Queens, Jackson Heights presented an opportunity to do more than open another branch.

The new location would expand FourLeaf’s cashless branch model while introducing a dedicated lending center for consumer and commercial lending, residential mortgages, and in-house wealth management services—all within one location.

The result would be a more comprehensive financial wellness destination designed to serve existing members more conveniently while supporting FourLeaf’s continued growth in the community.

THE STRATEGY

Selecting the right location was critical. FourLeaf identified potential sites based on proximity to existing branches and areas where its membership was concentrated. FSI provided detailed market analysis to add another layer of insight to the decision-making process, helping FourLeaf evaluate each opportunity and identify a location with strong potential for long-term growth and profitability.

Once the site was selected, FSI moved from strategic planning to execution.

THE CHALLENGE

The Jackson Heights storefront was located within a historic landmark building, creating additional permitting requirements and project complexities. FSI coordinated the project from end to end, proactively addressing issues before they could impact the overall outcome. This allowed FourLeaf’s team to remain focused on serving its members while FSI managed the complexities of bringing the new branch to life.

THE SOLUTION

FSI transformed the 2,785-square-foot storefront into a modern, open financial center designed around visibility, accessibility, and the member experience. A frameless glass system creates open sightlines throughout the branch, while a prominent digital video wall serves as a visual focal point from both the street and inside the space. Behind the finished environment was a comprehensive delivery process managed by FSI—from site measurement, schematic design and 3D renderings through permitting, demolition, construction, custom millwork, furniture, signage, installation and final inspections.

FourLeaf’s Jackson Heights location combines a modern branch experience with expanded financial services in a location strategically positioned to support the credit union’s continued growth in Queens. For FourLeaf, the result is more than a new storefront. It’s a branch designed to bring more services closer to members and strengthen the credit union’s presence within the community.
