FSI Trailblazer Award

Recognizing Exceptional Branch Leadership
Established in 2026, the FSI Trailblazer Award recognizes a Regional or Branch Manager within the FSI Member community who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, initiative, and performance over the previous year(s).

The award celebrates leaders who are moving their institutions forward, inspiring their teams, and making a measurable difference in the customers/members, and communities they serve.

Each year, FSI staff selects a deserving leader whose performance, leadership, and commitment exemplify the spirit of the Trailblazer Award.
